Big FAT Grin...

I just read a piece of brand-new research that’s going to make you break out in a big, fat grin.

Researchers studied the elasticity and hydration of women’s faces and discovered that those who ate more saturated fat had fewer wrinkles.1

If you lived in a primitive culture like the ones I’ve seen in Peru, Brazil, and Africa, saturated fat would be a major part of your diet.

They eat whatever they can catch. And they prefer the fat – they eat it first. Most dishes are also rich with tropical oils.

They eat saturated fat at every meal and have beautiful skin and shiny hair. Middle-aged women there look like they’re in their 20s.

Contrast that to what you see on the street of any city in the U.S. today. Women here throw away the best part of the steak.

They buy fat-free versions of almost everything. They avoid fat like the plague, and it shows. There is no comparison in the quality of skin, hair, or number of wrinkles on their faces.

Now, we have scientific evidence that supports my observation. A native diet gives you more healthy skin and hair.

Saturated fat is natural. It’s what makes everything taste good. It’s the fake stuff, the man-made trans fat, that you have to look out for.

Trans fat is what you find in junk food and fast food.

I recommend you look for natural sources of saturated fat and add it to your diet.

Here’s a list of where you can find it:

Eggs: Look for eggs from free-range chickens.

Meat and Poultry: Make sure you choose grass-fed instead of grain-fed meat. Buy free-range poultry. Stay away from processed meats. Grain-fed and processed meats contain hormones, antibiotics, and chemical additives.

Butter and Whole Milk Dairy: Choose organic butter and whole milk dairy products from grass-fed cows. By butter, I don’t mean margarine. Margarine is filled with chemicals. You need to avoid it. ***Raw milk is even better

Tropical Oils, Like Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, and Cocoa Butter: Pick up the organic version. You can use these in your cooking and also on your skin. Try coconut oil when you sauté or as a dressing on salads.

Dark Circles

Dark circles aren’t usually caused by a medical problem. It’s usually something simple. I take it as a sign that I’m not getting enough rest.

When you don’t sleep enough, it causes a chain reaction of stress in your body. It can affect your adrenal glands and the way you absorb vitamins. A simple solution is aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night. Give yourself a couple weeks to see improvement.

Straining your eyes can also cause dark circles. If you find yourself staring at a computer for the better part of the day, make sure you take a break every 10 minutes or so. Look away from the computer and focus on something far away. This will help to relax your eyes.

If these suggestions don’t help, you may have an allergy. Allergies are one of the most common causes of dark circles. Whether it’s indoor, outdoor, or food allergies, your best bet is to avoid whatever is causing the symptoms or treat it.

Many times, it’s a matter of removing as many possible allergens from your home as possible. For instance, you may be allergic to chemicals in cleaning supplies or air fresheners. Try using environmentally friendly products and toss out your plug-ins. Many people see a difference within a week.

One way to treat allergies is to increase your levels of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. Eat a diet that includes fresh, raw fruits and vegetables to improve your symptoms and make dark circles disappear.

And don’t forget probiotics. I use Kifer and also capsules. You get some probiotics when you eat yogurt. But I recommend you take a supplement. Take 10 to 20 billion CFU’s. You can buy them at a store that carries vitamins. When you take probiotics, you stimulate your immune system so your body can resist an allergic response.

Here’s a simple treatment you can try. Wrap a bag of frozen peas in a soft cloth or chill a couple teaspoons and place them on your eyes. Or you can try a cooled, used teabag or cucumber slices.

Ageless Life

Today, our lives are filled with countless comforts and quick fixes.
From the latest I-Pod to genetically enhanced vegetables, nearly
every aspect of our lives is changing at the speed of light.

Recently, the German agricultural giant, Bayer, admitted that
genetic modifications of food products and seeds are getting
out of hand. In fact, the bio-engineering of food is quickly
enslaving the earth's population. This high-tech food production
has not managed to increase the quality and nutritional value of food,
rather the opposite.

Diseases and disorders are on the rise and many can be linked to
deficiencies in vitamins and essential minerals.

In order to simplify one`s lifestyle, one must identify the sources
of stress, anxiety and fatigue.

Then, one must embrace the simplicity of being satisfied with enough
and eliminate the excess.

Do this and you will have an uncomplicated, peaceful AGELESS life.

Halt & Reverse Aging...

There’s a hidden switch in every cell of your body.

It controls how long you live...and when you die!

It has the power to extend life—maybe indefinitely.

Most doctors have never heard of it.

A group of scientists stumbled upon it just ten years ago.

They watched in awe as generation after generation of cells multiplied . . . without aging.

As one top researcher put it in a Harvard report, “with this switch turned on,
these cells become ‘immortalized’.”
Until very recently, we didn’t know how to activate it. Today we do.
For the first time ever, you can slow down and even reverse aging.

We now know that telomere length is a key indicator of your overall health.

Your risk of heart attack increases the faster your telomeres break down.

They found the death rate from heart attack was three times higher for men
whose telomeres got short the fastest.

The death rate for women was 2.3 times higher. LA Times/Aging 2009

Women with shorter telomeres are more likely to be overweight and insulin resistant.

People with short telomeres are more likely to suffer from weaker immune systems
and greater heart disease risk.

Telomeres are the key to aging. And it’s not just your life span that’s affected…
Short telomeres dramatically boost your risk of serious diseases.

One study of 60 to 75 year olds showed those with short telomeres had a 300% higher death rate from heart disease and an 800% higher death rate from infectious diseases.

What are your telomeres? They’re protective tips that cap the ends of your DNA:
Each time your cells divide, your telomeres get shorter.
When your telomeres run down, cell division stops and your life ends.

For the first time in history, we can halt and even reverse this process.

Discover how you can lengthen your telomeres and live better longer

Show a Younger Face...

To the world...

By repairing your skin's DNA, you can soften your skin and erase wrinkles, tighten up
your sagging jaw line, make your crow's feet disappear, and banish sun and aging spots.

This Nobel Prize winning secret makes it possible. Your "telomeres" determine
how long your skin cells live. Telomeres are the "time keepers" attached to
every strand of DNA. Each time your cells divide, your telomeres get shorter.

The shorter your telomeres, the more your skin cells age... causing dry and
wrinkled skin. Maintain the length of your telomeres, your skin will stay supple,
radiant, and youthful.

Dr. Sears' Revive DNA Rejuvenation Cream turns back your skin's aging clock and
helps you show a younger face to the world.

Give it a try...what have you got to loose but sags, bags and spots!!!

Get Younger...

Is there a way to reverse the aging process and actualy get younger?
According to a Harvard Study there is and it's FREE...just takes as little
as 20 minutes a day and results happen in as little as 3 weeks...
now how easy it that!!!

Just set aside 20 minutes a day...
get up 30 mins. earlier and meditate...
stay out of the coffee room and take a meditation break at work...
after work take a quite break before dinner and meditate, relax, unwind...
meditate before bedtime...
Just SIT in your favorite or a comfortable chair, feet on the floor,
comfortable clothing, concentrate on your breathing and relax.

If you haven't meditated before you may want to start with a 5 minute time
frame and work your way up...Quieting your mind may sound easy but it
may be one of the hardest things you will do...no thought, unplug!
none, nada, nothing...one of the easiest methods is to concentrate
on your breathing as you inhale and exhale! If thoughts drop in... just let
them gently go! Trust me...They'll be there when you're done!

What happens when you mediate is you increase the anit-aging hormone
DHEA which declines as we chronologically age and move through time...

Women meditators showed a 47% increase in their DHEA leveles...Men 23%

DHEA also helps to decrease stress, heighten memory,
preserve sexual function, and control weight.

Long-term meditators (practicing meditation for five years or more)
were shown to be physiologically 12 years younger than their chronological age...

Even short-term meditators were physiologically 5 years younger
than their chronological age!

So start today...it's easy, safe and FREE...

Next post we'll talk about lengthening your telomeres...Say What?

Live Young and Prosper,

Sags, Bags and Spots

Looking in the mirror lately and feeling a little spotty & "crinkly" ?

Looking at your hands and seeing spots?...OH MY!!!

Blame it all on Photo-Aging...now wasn't that easy?

Photo-aging is the process by which, over the course of time, ultraviolet light damages your skin.

OK... I've got major skin damage...used to be freckles now they're age spots... appearing on my face, neck one huge spot at that, hands and legs...say it isn't so !!!

So I am taking action and taking gelatin 2 times a day...yes the unflavored gelatin in the jello section at your local grocery store! Simple and Cheap!

Eating gelatin has long been known as a folk remedy for weak fingernails and painful joints.
At any rate, from my perspective, it looks like eating gelatin might just be one of the most important anti-aging measures I can take.

Join me, and start taking a tablespoon in the morning, and another one before bedtime.

Please post your comments and your experience...Live Young
