Get Younger...

Is there a way to reverse the aging process and actualy get younger?
According to a Harvard Study there is and it's FREE...just takes as little
as 20 minutes a day and results happen in as little as 3 weeks...
now how easy it that!!!

Just set aside 20 minutes a day...
get up 30 mins. earlier and meditate...
stay out of the coffee room and take a meditation break at work...
after work take a quite break before dinner and meditate, relax, unwind...
meditate before bedtime...
Just SIT in your favorite or a comfortable chair, feet on the floor,
comfortable clothing, concentrate on your breathing and relax.

If you haven't meditated before you may want to start with a 5 minute time
frame and work your way up...Quieting your mind may sound easy but it
may be one of the hardest things you will do...no thought, unplug!
none, nada, nothing...one of the easiest methods is to concentrate
on your breathing as you inhale and exhale! If thoughts drop in... just let
them gently go! Trust me...They'll be there when you're done!

What happens when you mediate is you increase the anit-aging hormone
DHEA which declines as we chronologically age and move through time...

Women meditators showed a 47% increase in their DHEA leveles...Men 23%

DHEA also helps to decrease stress, heighten memory,
preserve sexual function, and control weight.

Long-term meditators (practicing meditation for five years or more)
were shown to be physiologically 12 years younger than their chronological age...

Even short-term meditators were physiologically 5 years younger
than their chronological age!

So start today...it's easy, safe and FREE...
